Notes from the shelter

Preacher is a 5-year-old male Bloodhound awaiting neutering before adoption. Surrendered by his owner who could no longer care for him, this impressive 86-pound fellow boasts a stunning copper-colored coat with chocolate markings. Easy going and friendly, Preacher would be great with children and other dogs—though not with cats. This lovable big guy will be a truly wonderful companion, and will form strong bonds with his family and will thrive on interaction with his “people.” He loves being part of family activities and shows his affection through nudges, leaning, and his big, wagging tail.
