At some point in his life, someone cared for him, and Cashel likely knew what it was like to have a home. Somehow, though, this sweet boy ended up outside, having to fend for himself. Through it all, Cashel never lost his love for people. He is incredibly affectionate, gentle, and eager to form that special bond with someone again.
